For an order of 100 units,we can offer a 5 percent discount.The new price would be $XX per unit.
10.What's the MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per item,but we can discuss it for mixed orders.
11.Can you customize the product?
Yes,we support OEM and ODM.Please share your detailed requirements or logo design.
12.What are the specifications?
I'll send you the detailed specification sheet and user manual via email shortly.
13.Can I get a free sample?
Samples are free,but shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.It will be deducted from your first bulk order.
14.How about the quality control?
We have about a strict QC process with three inspections before shipment.
15.What's your payment term?
We usually accept T/T,30 percent as deposit and 70 percent before shipment.
16.Can we do 100 percent payment after shipment?
I'm sorry,for new clients,full payment before shipment is required for the first order.We can discuss more flexible terms for future cooperation.
17.Can we pay by PayPal?
Yes,we accept PayPal,but the 4 percent transaction fee will be borne by the buyer.
18.When should I pay the balance?
The balance is due after we send you the production photos and before we arrange shipment.
19.What's your lead time?
Our standard lead time is 30-35 days after receiving the deposit.
20.Can you deliver sooner?
We can arrange an express production for a rush order fee.Would you like to know the cost?
21.How do you ship the goods?
We usually ship by sea for bulk orders for cost efficiency.We can also arrange by air or express if needed.
22.Who handles the shipping?
We can handles all shipping arrangements for you (EXW,FOB,CIF,etc),just let us know your preference.
23.What's the shopping cost to country?
The shipping cost depends on the final carton dimensions and weight.We will provide a precise quote after the product is ready.
24.Can I get the tracking number?
Sure.We will send you the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched.
25.Can you send me a proforma invoice?
Of course .The proforma invoice with all order details will be sent to you within an hour.
26.I need to modify the order.
No problem.Please specify the changes,and I will update the PI for your confirmation.
27.Let's proceed with the order.

32.What if the goods have quality issues?
We provide a quality guarantee.Any defects found upon arrival will be replaced or refunded,supported by evidence.
33.Do you provide warranty?
Yes,we offer a 12-month warranty for all our products against manufacturing defects.
34.The sample is good,but will the bulk order be the same?
Yes,we guarantee that the mass production quality will be consistent with the sample you approved.
