Product Features
(1) The automatic GTAW pipe welding machine uses water cooling and is suitable for pipes that require preheating.
(2) It supports two tracking modes: AVC and proprietary AGC, plus adjustable inclined arc length control for fillet welding.
(3) The single head has a wide coverage area and is suitable for process pipelines in narrow spaces.
Welding Process Description
- This fully automatic argon arc welding machine can complete the entire welding process of pipe root, fill, and cover.
- The equipment is pre-installed with mature welding process packages, suitable for various base metals such as carbon steel, chrome-molybdenum steel, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, and duplex steel.
- It is compatible with conventional welding positions such as 2G, 5G, and 6G, supports vertical upward and vertical downward welding, and can also achieve 360° uninterrupted all-position welding.
