(1)This Automatic LNG storage tank welding machine equipment integrates dual welding modes of GWAM and pulsed gas metal arc welding (GMAW-P). It can accommodate multiple welding consumables, including solid wires, flux-cored wires and metal powder-cored wires, to satisfy diverse technological processing requirements.

(2)The equipment enables all-position vertical welding capability, allowing stable welding operation in both vertical upward and vertical downward directions.

 

(3)The welding torch adopts a non-directional structural design with no left-right orientation limitation, which facilitates uninterrupted 360-degree circumferential welding operations for pipe workpieces.

(1)The friction drive walking system ensures stable movement, and the welding torch swings without any gaps.
(2)Adapted for welding large-diameter pipes with a nominal diameter of 168mm and above, welding pipes of different wall thicknesses, and can weld flat plates to the maximum extent.
(3)Equipped with position sensors, it automatically detects the position and automatically applies the corresponding welding parameters.
(4)Capable of welding thick-walled pipes with a wall thickness greater than 50mm.
(5)The machine head is equipped with a built-in standard wire feeding reel, and the gun tip is fitted with a wire straightener.
(6)The welding torch has functions such as vertical height adjustment, horizontal swing adjustment, pitch angle adjustment, and left-right lateral deflection adjustment.
(7)The device has good sealing, with a protection rating of IP65, capable of being moisture-proof, lightning-proof, shock-proof, and resistant to windblown sand and extreme temperatures.

(1)An intelligent molten pool monitoring system is constructed to replace the conventional manual operation mode that relies on welders' direct naked-eye observation. With real-time welding status visually displayed on the monitor screen, operators are able to track the working condition of the welding torch, which effectively lowers overall manual operating fatigue and labor intensity.
(2)When high-speed image acquisition modules are incorporated into automatic MIG welding units, the dynamic behaviors of molten droplet transfer can be displayed intuitively. Operators are hence capable of calibrating process parameters with high precision, exercising delicate regulation over droplet evolution, and further upgrading both the precision and running stability of welding fabrication.
(3)Designed for pipeline welding and similar engineering scenarios, the Automatic LNG storage tank welding machine system adopts a rail-type walking structure. The track installation process can be completed independently by a single operator, which fundamentally resolves the common problem of track loosening and accidental detachment during operation.
