To meet the requirements of on-site installation, the Automatic sphere welding machine head is designed with a high level of integration, incorporating a friction-driven travel mechanism, wire feeding mechanism, swinging mechanism, arc length tracking system (lifting mechanism), weld seam tracking system, and torch adjustment mechanism. Once the machine head is mounted on the track, only a pneumatic button is needed, and the clutch mechanism allows the machine head to be quickly pulled to the appropriate position by hand.

(1)By realizing automation and intellectualization in welding procedures, the system comprehensively optimizes traditional welding operation modes, effectively cuts down manual labor involvement, and significantly enhances the overall precision of welding forming.

(2)Professional supporting software and IoT intelligent management systems are independently developed to realize the automatic generation of matched welding process parameters. Meanwhile, these functional modules support real-time data transmission and full lifecycle traceability of welding parameter information.

 

(3)Innovative automatic vertical adjustment control technology for welding torches is adopted to support full-automatic seam identification and real-time tracking throughout the welding process.

(3)Integrated with advanced ART arc regulation technology, the automatic gas metal arc welding device with consumable electrodes is able to realize one-stop intelligent welding construction, covering root penetration, filler bead deposition and surface capping procedures for pipeline welding operations.
