All Position Pipeline Automatic Welding Machine

(2) In 2018, the cooperation between Sinopec Petrochemical and others included: redesigning the welding head, using the company's unique pipeline welding control system, and working with the existing tracks of the Nanjing engineering company.
(3) In 2019, the cooperation with Gulei Refining involved: modifying the company's pipeline welding heads, adjusting the lifting and swinging parts, using the company's weld track for the volute, and installing the company's track for the horizontal welding part on the track legs of Nanjing Engineering Company; the power supply was switched to an inverter welder, and a control box designed for pipeline welding was used.
(4) In 2020, the collaboration at Zhenhai Refining and Chemical involved switching the power supply to an all-in-one smart control power unit.
(5) In 2021, Hainan Refining & Chemical's collaboration included trying to use steel tracks and corresponding locomotives to weld spherical tanks.
(6) In 2022, Zhenhai Refining & Chemical's collaboration included trying out seam-tracking technology for pipeline welding on spherical tanks and using molten pool monitoring cameras to reduce the workload for welders.
