Welding Process Description
(1) This fully automatic argon arc welding machine can complete the entire welding process of pipe root, fill, and cover.
(2) The equipment is pre-installed with mature welding process packages, suitable for various base metals such as carbon steel, chrome-molybdenum steel, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, and duplex steel.
(3) It is compatible with conventional welding positions such as 2G, 5G, and 6G, supports vertical upward and vertical downward welding, and can also achieve 360° uninterrupted all-position welding.
Product Features
(1) This automatic GTAW welding machine features a chain track for steady welding operation. It can automatically identify the welding head position and match corresponding welding parameters.
(2) The wire feeder is integrated into the machine head with a 1kg wire spool.
(3) Compact and precision-built, the unit fits narrow working spaces, with a minimum clearance of 70mm.
