All-Position Welding of Thick-Walled Piping
Suitable for materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, and Cr-Mo steel. It accommodates pipe diameters of 8–32 inches and wall thicknesses of 5–100 mm, meeting on-site all-position welding requirements for long-distance transmission pipelines and process piping in sectors like petrochemicals, nuclear power, and offshore engineering. Weld precision meets international standards such as ASME and EN ISO 15614.

High-Precision Industrial Overlay Welding
Capable of stable overlay welding-using materials like ERNiCrMo-3 nickel-based alloys and Stellite cobalt-based alloys-on complex geometries such as channels, end faces, outer diameters, and intersecting lines. It achieves high-precision results with single-layer thicknesses of ≤3 mm and dilution rates of <10%. Widely used in applications such as aero-engine blade repair and the hardening of sealing surfaces on nuclear power valves, the process yields cladding with hardness uniformity variance of ≤5% and surface roughness of Ra ≤3.2 μm.

Manufacturing of Specialty Pipe Fittings and Pressure Vessels
Enables internal and external overlay welding on irregularly shaped fittings-including flanges, tees, elbows, and various valves-as well as welding operations for boiler serpentine tubes and pressure vessels made of specialty materials. It creates a reinforced surface layer that is wear-, corrosion-, and high-temperature-resistant, significantly extending the service life of components while reducing the consumption of expensive materials and lowering manufacturing costs.
