Cleaning the Machine Interior
Periodically use dry compressed air to blow out dust from inside the welding machine to prevent accumulation that could cause circuit short-circuits or damage circuit boards.
Cleaning the Exterior and Work Surfaces
Promptly remove residual welding slag and spatter from the machine's exterior. Before welding, use mechanical or chemical methods to clean oil, rust, and other contaminants from the workpiece surface to avoid contaminating the weld zone.
Cleaning Key Components
If the tungsten electrode becomes contaminated, grind off the contaminated section to restore it for use.
Regularly clean the welding torch nozzle to prevent clogs that could impair gas shielding performance.
