The on-surface pilot production project for reef-beach gas reservoirs in Jiange Block is the first self-built high-sulfur project of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company, with hydrogen sulfide content reaching 94 grams per cubic meter. Its main internal transmission composite pipeline is also China's first mountain composite internal transmission pipeline, and the full pipeline section adopted Anyiyuan HW350 fully automatic argon arc welding equipment for welding construction. The welding work of this fully automatic mountain composite main internal transmission pipeline was successfully completed on March 30, 2022.
Based on the development goal of "setting a model for the development of high-sulfur gas fields and building a high-quality pilot production project for Jiange reef-beach reservoirs", the Project Department of the on-surface pilot production project for reef-beach gas reservoirs in Jiange Block has adhered to the requirements of "high quality, high standards and high efficiency" and implemented whole-process control over engineering, technology and QHSE throughout the project lifecycle. New improvements and breakthroughs have been achieved in engineering management, project progress and construction quality.
